When most people think of the Caribbean, they picture turquoise waters, swaying palms, and endless beaches. And while that’s true, we do live surrounded by some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, life here is so much more than sun, sand and sea. One of the deepest threads running through our culture is cricket. Recently, I went to watch the West Indies vs Australia  match, and the experience reminded me why cricket is so deeply woven into Caribbean life. In front
